I need an urgent advice.

I am trying to remove a door trim panel.

I have mananged to remove all screws and white fasteners.

However the panel remains fixed at one fastener at its top rear end. This fastener consists of a steel pin fixed to the trim panel iand a black plastic grommet fixed in the door. This steel pin can rotate around the grommet and can also move back and forth to some degree but won't come loose of this grommet.

Any clues????

You just need to pull harder. Get between the grommet and the door panel with a trim tool and pry them apart to slide the pin out.

The grommet is a one-use item that is unfortunately NLA from Alfa. I found a reasonable replacement, though:

I got my door panel trim tool from AZ. Basic deal. Didnt think it was an Alfa product.

On one of my door panels that fastener is particularly stubborn but, as the others have said, it just needs a harder pull on that one.
