I always loved those. They have really great proportions in person. That grill is fantastic.

A question - I knew of several back in Seattle 20 years ago, and I wondered then - does the rear hatch shut all the way? Is that an fresh air exhaust thing? Do people just do that while they're driving like a pop-out quarter window?

It shuts all the way by means of an electric motor and rear hatch catch meganism. The switch on the console operates those last centimeters up and down.
I usually leave it slightly open for ventilation.
