1991 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce, red with black/tan interior.

5 speed manual transmission.
Power windows, power mirrors, AC, CD/MP3 player, power steering.

98xxx miles, NO RUST!
Recently passed smog and registered until 2/2013.
Runs and drives great - has excellent handling and is a blast to drive.
You'll get compliments everywhere you go!

Asking $7400 OBO.

I've enjoyed this car for the past 4 years and cared for it with regular maintenance (always performed by Alfa mechanics in LA). Aside from the regular oil/filter changes every 3K miles, here are the items I've sorted out (and have documented receipts) since I bought it at 86,544 miles:

- new brake pads in front
- new pads and rotors in back
- new plugs and wires
- changed trans, and diff oil
- new fuel filter
- new air crossover hose
- new air filter
- brand new Falken tires
- new exhaust camshaft
- new O2 sensor
- new alternator (100A Delco - no voltage sag at idle!)
- replaced center muffler with straight pipe (sounds great)
- rebuilt clutch slave and replaced pivot shaft
- replaced motor mounts
- replaced serpentine belt
- replaced brake master cylinder
- replaced tires with Falkens
- replaced muffler
- replaced cat converter
- New Interstate battery
- replaced throttle bushing and linkages
- refinished interior vinyl

Things needing improvement (mostly cosmetics):
- Speedometer and tach aren't accurate (but odometer is accurate)
- Oil pressure gauge sticks
- power mirror control switch is a little temperamental
- leaves a couple of small drops of oil, mechanics say its normal
- top works fine in rain, but it does have some wear
- seats have new seat covers, could use reupholstering
- dash cover is just OK
- small crack around power window button frame
- AC likely needs recharge, I never use it
- A little bit of road rash and very small dings, but paint is excellent otherwise

Included with the sale is a top boot cover, CarDisc printed and CD manuals, and a "stinger" pipe from Centerline Alfa (didn't care for the sound myself). Includes Koni orange shocks.

I'm selling the car because I also have an Alfa GTV6 that I'd like to work on and can't keep both.

I live in Claremont, CA (eastern Los Angeles County).

Thanks Sandy...it was really easy to create the site and thought it would allow me to control the look better.

Thanks as-of-now...I get nice comments on the car everytime I drive it, I'm sure you know the drill :)

I'll be at the Irvine Cars and Coffee this Saturday if anyone wants to see the car. PM me if want to be sure and connect in case I'm not standing next to it when you come by.

Also updated the 91alfaspider.weebly.com site with a couple of pictures.
