's book , if you want to play with your motor the way to get the most power.. drop you 40mm exhaust valve to 38 mm even autodelta cars did this. they found out that the 40 mm exhaust valve was sucking out the intake charge,, so they went to 38 mm exhaust valves and gain a nice bit of power.
