If you can get a Turbo America, should be relatively easy in any of the states except CA. It has the USA spec bumpers so that’s one problem off your back. I would pack in a set of EVO kit while the car is still there. With minimal mods it’s a 200 bhp car. With a new turbo and chip it’s a 250 bhp car.

Since the last Alfa 75 went out the door in 1992, the 25 year rule is no problem.

I believe a vehicle that's 25 or older, does not have to meet the safety regs (air bag, impact..etc) of that time. Emission controls is another story, different states have different laws...basically California (I don't know what CA wants), another example is that the state of Washington has a 25 year rule for emissions.
