Hi All,

I am new to the forum. I have a 78 Spider that has been sitting a few years. Decided to make it a project for my son and I. Did some rountine things for a car thats been sitting a while....coil, points, resistors, cap, rotor, wires, new fuel lines, filters, brake lines, rubber everything....cleaned all connections under the hood, etc......starting to look great, only problem is it won't start. I get power to the coil, I get fuel.......but no spark....

Any help is appreciated.

Curious, how did you test for spark and fuel?

I had the same problem with my 79,the problem was that I got the ignition coil for 79, but my car have the mareli electronic ignition, just change to the adequate and start at the first after 12 years in invernation.
