Hi all, not sure if this should be in the pics forum, but in case anyone is interested here are a couple of photos of my 1970 1750 GTV, sorry about the crappy quality - I took them on my girlfriends camera...

It's currently sharing a rented garage with some pretty exotic stuff - (none of which is mine...) It is standard apart from an Alfaholics handling kit and big bore exhaust. I've had it for a couple of months and allready have a long list of jobs to do; I guess when they work perfectly it stops being fun!

Thanks, I was originally looking for a 2 litre car, when I found this. Now I'm glad I bought it - as you say, the interior and front/rear are much nicer on the 1750.
I'm based in France/west of England; the car is in Paris at the moment, I'm hoping to take it over the Alps to Italy soon!

Indeed, you showed excellent good taste in your choice of Alfas! :)

FastEddie, I replied to your PM, but if anyone else is interested, it's the alfaholics "Kit B", which lowers the car subtly, but doesn't look too boy racerish, and is ok for road use. (Although the exhaust is a bit vulnerable on bumps, especially when the car is loaded).
The kit consists of 4 new springs and a thicker front anti-roll bar, I've also fitted new bushes and koni sport shocks. I had the kit fitted straight after buying it, and the suspension was pretty tired, so its hard to evaluate it against a well set up standard car, however, it does handle beautifully, and isn't too harsh.
Alfaholics have been really helpful, i've known Max Banks for while; he's very friendly and definately knows his stuff. I spend at most of my time at work looking at their website instead of doing my job...
