Yes, but not for the faint of heart. EUR 12k for a shell seems to be a lot of money and finding a drive train and re-creating the interior and trim will cost fortune.
You also need a chassis frame lying around in your garage. This is only a body shell "in good conditions". If it weren't for the typical dashboard, I would even doubt it's a 6C2500 body.
