AFAIK, these lines are not available new. However, making new lines is not difficult. The input line to the master is a standard 1/4" brakeline available from any autoparts store. You will need to reuse your old fittings and reflare the line ends. Same applies to the master output line; just not sure of the size (either 3/16" or 1/4").
