AFAIK, these lines are not available new. However, making new lines is not difficult. The input line to the master is a standard 1/4" brakeline available from any autoparts store. You will need to reuse your old fittings and reflare the line ends. Same applies to the master output line; just not sure of the size (either 3/16" or 1/4").
I just got new brake line fittings from my local brake line\hydraulic line\hose maker for my 1967 duetto. This is pretty anxiety provoking and frustrating for the newcomer, but solvable. With patience and a bit of time you can solve it. Do a search on the bb for brake lines, 69, and this has been discussed
thoroughly. Take in your clutch MC and let the hose makers fit a part in it. Get yourself some brake line bending springs, probably from Harbor Freight. Then go for it. It may take a couple trips and some trial and error.
