Yesterday I looked at the right side headlight bucket from inside of the wheel well and lo and behold I could see the rear of the bulb and the wires connected to it. This does not seem correct. There was no plug for the light or cover. How is this assembly supposed to be? Thanks, Tony

Early rear entry lamps had a two piece bucket, the rear had a dome cap held in place with a spring clip. This allowed removal of the bulb from the rear. The beam adjustment was also from the rear. Classicalfa and others sell a repro bucket. The fender splash plate had a flat removable plate to access the bucket area.

Classicalfa #LT109....$91. Complete unit with all pieces. Check to make sure the units are metal. Some are plastic. Hard to find as parts.
