Anyone follow that auction, nice car went for $69,069.00, which has to be a record peice for a used 4C, only 1200 miles and well optioned, with a great color combo. Has to be a record for a used one.

There were actually two of the members from 4C-forums that were against each other for a bit and one of the newer members won the auction. Great color combo, guy had the right state of mind, it's worth the price if he's comfortable paying it and he isn't concerned on a future resale value against purchase price.

That particular car was low-mileage, well optioned, and well presented. Some other 4Cs have not done as well on BAT in the past.

But - more than a few collectors have predicted that once the 4C went out of production, prices for them would quickly bottom out and begin to rise. Maybe they were right?
