Borrani wheels

Can you post a picture of the whole wheel? Do they have studs on the back for balancing? I have some of them, but shipping to France will be quite expensive. Have you tried in Europe? Strada e Corsa had some awhile ago.

I would like to buy one Borrani wheel without balancing studs. I have a 1961 SV that has been in my family since 1961 and it has two Borrani studded wheels and three Borrani wheels without studs. I always thought that the studded wheels were for 750 cars and not 101.

Yes the studded wheels are earlier. They are date stamped usually 57-58. The later wheels are harder to find. Many of the later oval hole wheels are stamped CMR which is a holding company that owned Borrani, if I remember the story. Someone posted a history of the two companies awhile back.
