I noticed Centerline just got the short bars back in stock recently but not sure about the long ones, maybe email them. Too bad the shipping from the US is so radiculous. Also check with EB Spareas, they said they were getting them in earlier this year.

Andy shipped some bars and other parts to a couple of us in Melbourne however there are local suppliers here In Melbourne that can supply 28 mm bars.
