I am unable to find the 7.5mm lines locally for the 24v LS. Anyone using the standard inch hoses with no concerns or complications? Did not really want to wait till next week to take our yearly scenic Loess Hills drive. Looks like a PIA to change them. Thanks...

Mike, visit your local BMW dealer. They have 7.5 mm hose and real FI clamps. The hose is expensive tho--- prolly 30 bucks per foot. But they should have it. Don't use standard hose you will do the job twice if you do. Not that hard to replace, use a little oil to lube the tubes to help em slide on.

7.5mm fuel lines

Thanks for the input...found some MB hose at a local repair shop. Not too bad to change either. Thanks again everyone!

real FI clamps for 7.5mm fuel hose for 95 LS

What are the referenced "real FI clamps" for 7.5 mm fuel line hose (such as ARI 60777343 Conti hose per meter)? Belmetric.com shows Oetiker, which require a crimp tool, and Norma Toro srcew-type?

And I had one come loose and leak recently. I've gone back to my previous habit of double clamping them.
