Hi,

one of my two tensioner belt pulleys is on the way out. Alfa charged me £100 for the previous replacement unit (fitting was on top) and this seems excessive. Any suggestions on a better (cheaper) way of replacing it?

Thanks,

Richard

No. Only use OEM.

£100 is a bit much unless that is for both, plus install?? Then I would say it is not bad at all.
I have those for a reasonable cost.

Thanks Jason. When you get the time could you please send me a message with the cost of obtaining the top one of these and a new serpentine belt from yourself? My UK postcode is CV1 2BS. If you need the parts number or anything other than it is a UK spec 1995 24v 164, please let me know.

Many thanks,
