The hotel is indicated, but that's it... I sent an email asking if there was an AROC discount code to be used for reservations, and also to indicate that they didn't have a way to indicate Banquet meal choices for each attendee. Nonetheless, I am registered since yesterday morning, and did receive my confirmation.

I registered yesterday. There was a text box for you to type in meal preferences for everybody in your party.The hotel is indicated, but that's it... Just goes to show that Carm, and the organizers, are reacting quickly to our posts and e-mails.
When some of us registered early yesterday morning, there was a multiple choice question regarding the Banquet meal choice, and only one choice of the three was allowed. So, in addition to indicating that in the thread that Carm posted, I also shot out an e-mail after registering. Now I see that we have a box instead of the multiple choice question... Best regards,

Yeah, I'm hoping there is a code, otherwise I'll have to camp out at the track,.. but since we no longer own even a tent, my strategy would be to save the money and pray for no rain. Thanks, Gordy! I would take you up on that offer and it would be "tent for one". I can assure you that if turns out that we don't have a hotel code, it will only be me at the track!
My lovely wife will be glad to hear all about it when I get back. Of course, I'll still have a great time and I just checked - my sleeping bag is in perfect shape! I am very much looking forward to this 50th anniversary, and it's great to read how we look out for each other! Best regards,

Hi guys. Thanks for posting this stuff. The hotel info. was forwarded to National but the link never made it on the registration form. Thanks to you guys, that link is being corrected as we speak. The hotel is also getting a new as*h*ole as we speak.
The rates are as follows (we worked extremely hard in getting these rates locked:
Single occupancy: $119.00 per night
Double occupancy: $129.00 per night
It's a Marriot Resort and has practically everything including a golf course and a car wash (NOT).
Please continue to let us know what else goes wrong.
It's probably a good idea to respond on the CAROC thread from now on, that way it will be easier to track down info. and correct.

At the bottom right of the web site Registration Page there is a link to "Contact the Organizers". You can also send an e-mail to "[email protected]". They have been great at responding, so if you haven't already received an email from them I would think that your registration didn't go through...
Last, please note that Carm has requested that we don't post here anymore, but rather in the thread in CAROC forum, in order to keep everything in one place...
