Peter, I'm curious about why you don't want to use one of your existing modified cylinder heads? Most contemporary modified Alfa heads are very close to JimK's specs as published in his famous Alfa tuning book. And, if this is the case, a full-tilt race head is usually perfectly usable on the street. Whether they're "race" or "street" is often more or as much a matter of use rather than design (the caveat being with just how oversized the intake valves might be).

Not sure which heads youre referring but I dont have anything other than later model 2000 heads
Engine builder wants an earlier version ie pre 82 for carb setup we are using
As much as Ive played with Alfas, this is the first 2000 Ive built, all my other fun stuff is 1600 or 1750

Pinshaw:

Lots of smarter people on the site than I, but it looks to me that the cleaner of the two head in the photos you posted is the head your looking for. Bosch era ( > 83) heads have a bump above Cylinder 1 intake port as shown below. I don't see it in the other head and it also has the SPICA era studs in front as well.

Youre right, thanks. its a 75-81 per vin on engine. Worth the trip to rescue it 10 years ago.
Appreciate the sharp eye
