2.0 or 2.3 Jafco Turbo Alfetta Engine,

anybody no about these or AutoDelta turbo?

Where ary 49 state cars OEM turbo from factory?

The factory didn't sell any turbo-equipped cars in the US. The Jafco, I've heard of being mostly in right-hand drive markets (i.e. UK/AUS/NZ) and Autodelta being found on the Continent, in LHD only?

Thoughts on aftermarket then? Turbo, I have seen superchargers?

Apart from the Factory Autodelta Alfetta GTV (2000cc), there was the Giulietta turbodelta (2000cc), as well as the later Alfa 75 turbo (1800cc). Some Giulietta prototypes were fitted with the 1800 turbo.

JAFCO was an aftermarket turbo set-up for SPICA equipped cars. Other set ups included a Shankle system that sucked through a single twin-choke Weber, as well as a British pressurized twin Dell'Orto set-up by Alfa dealers Bell & Covill.

Talk to BB'r Greg Gordon - he's supercharged a Nord engine with great results.
