For the whole story you can check out the build thread I have on here, but for those not interested here are the details.

I pulled the running 2.0 out of my 1978 Alfa Romeo Spider for a conversion I’ve undertaken.

The engine is complete and has:
  • Hot cams
  • Shankle SPICA delete
  • SS Long Tube Header
  • Starter and all accessories

I have the dual 40mm Dellortos and intake manifold and they will be included. The red intake that’s bolted onto the factory intake is one that I built and used to run Keihin CVK 40mm carbs off of a ZZR-1200. The car was driven with this configuration for a while before I decided to upset every true Alfisti with my current project.

Clutch and transmission are both in good working order but second gear synchro needs care when shifting like most all Alfas of this ilk.

A couple photos of the engine before I pulled it and when I was doing the carb conversion are included for fun too :)
