1991 164 To Good Home - Seattle

I just bought a new Fiat 500 and need give up my beloved 164. This may be a long shot, but I'm hoping that someone may want to to keep it running rather than using it for parts. Here are the particulars:

184,000 miles
Engine runs
Alternator, and battery are one year old.
Tires have only about 6,000 miles on them
Brakes serviced a year ago
Rebuilt starter installed about 6 months ago
Repainted about 2 years ago. (Light gray/silver)
Has had a number of other new parts since I bought it ten years ago and I have all the records.

Unfortunately, it is also showing it's age. The current flaws are:
Will need new clutch very soon (if not now)
Stepper motor failed and it can only blow hot air so I gave away the AC
Sagging headliner
Damage to right corner of the front bumper

I'm not sure what the appropriate price is, but was hoping for $1,000. If you are an enthusiast willing to keep it running, make an offer.
