Mecum Auction was in Kissimmee FA and they sold what they called a "race car" 1986 spider. It did have a huge aluminum radiator and a full cage roll bar, but otherwise looked pretty stock. They dd not show much detail of the interior. It sold for $6,000. Immediately after they sold a Masseratti Bi-Turbo for $5,250. Just for what it may be worth knowing.

I love Mecum but would never consign an Alfa or any other foreign car with them as they are known primarily for some remarkable classic American muscle, as evidenced by some of the vintage, Bloomington-certified (and other) Vettes that sold yesterday for high five figures. And the classic Mustangs, Novas and Camaros, amazing!
