Good evening,
I recently bought a 1986 Spider Veloce.
I guess because of the wear and tear the driver's door hinge is worn, so when I open the door it drops about 3/4 inch. On the passenger side it is perfect (I guess for the very same reason).
Question;
Is there any easy way to fix this and not going through changing the hinges?

Thank you

With the door open, can you move it up & down (indicating worn hinge pins)? If not (or not significantly - compare to passenger side door), it is likely the hinge/door position needs adjusting so the door lines up with the latch on the B-pillar.

Tighten the door hinge bolts. They can loosen, and the slightest amount can leave the door sagging. If they are tight already, then worn hinge pins or as Eric said, misalignment that should be able to be corrected.
