Have an '82 Spider Veloce in very similar condition. '82 Model year is one of 5 or so most desirable model years for the spider, I'm sure you know. Would be willing to consider trade, in any arrangement; car, cash and car in either direction, or otherwise. although it seems as though your situation is simply trying to get rid of a car and not get another one.
