Here goes , coil is good Bosch Blue (new) Batt is 13 volts standing 11plus cranking. Coil Voltage at positive 12 volts at ignition position 1 voltage cranking voltage 6 to 7 voltage (unsay) same readings on neg terminal. Both crank sensors check on ohm check . Fuel is getting to rail . Grounds all check . What could be bleeding the voltage off? At the coil when cranking .

PS check package shelf relays with brand new no change. Fuse is good as well

Or a poor connection in the power terminals at the battery.
