To whom may know why,

Couple days ago, I took the Alfa for a spin and after 45 minutes of driving, white smoke began to appear (first from the muffler and then from the engine itself). I took the car home and this morning I went for a ride and now the smoke shows up through the engine (haven't seen any smoke come from the muffle). Not sure why. I will post a picture of where the smoke is coming from and a video to show you.

Because the ignition points were corroded, I had the ignition system be converted to an electric -not sure if that might've played a factor to the white smoke or not.

Have you removed the oil filler cap, and inspected the underside of the cap ? Opened the rad (when cool) and had a peek inside the filler neck ? If you find chocolate milk-shake looking sludge, then head gasket is likely to have packed up. Compression test across all 4 cylinders should also give a clue.
