Prugna (English name "Plum Violet") was a standard color on the 2000 GT Veloce (see this thread with the 1972 Color Chart).

Mid teens seems to be the current market in the SF Bay area for a nice driver. Andrew may know better since I think he recently sold his GTV in similar or nicer condition.

Very hard to value a car without seeing it in person, regardless of how good the internet pics are. I've been very surprised, both positive and negative, in person compared to images.

Mid teens, yes, is right there for a really good, not perfect car. I'd put my GTV, now with a [hopefully] happy new owner, in that category. Best cars could top $20K, and more typical cars with mild rust, cosmetic tattiness, or mechanical issues would be closer to $10K. This is for 1750s and 2000s. Stepnoses will be higher.

Thanks. The current price guides are showing low teens for an average #3 condition car and $20K plus for an excellent one. Good to know it matches up fairly well with you the Alfa experts here.
