Alas,

I am selling my 1974 Spider. I am moving to Dallas, and it cannot come with me. Here are the highlights:

-Original SPICA Fuel Injection
-Newly restored Black Vinyl/Fiberglass Hardtop with glass rear window
-Roll Bar
-Reworked transmission in 2011
-Original Wheels
-Original manuals
-Regularly Maintained
-A few dings here and there (front bumper is off kilter and rear bumper has some damage)
-Blue paint in decent condition (one noticeably weird spot on the trunk lid)

Message me with an offer.

Hi bogiematch,

We never met you after you bought the car, but this is the ex Ed Kaplan Spider, correct? It appears that you have done some work after you purchased the car. Maybe this will help; for any prospective buyers, this car was owned from almost new by a nice older guy who sold it when he realized it wasn't getting used. Myself, and a few other local AROC members occasionally helped Ed with the car. Most of the components are original, and there is wear, so there is naturally opportunity for improvement but it appeared to be essentially a sound car, and will benefit from a continued program of TLC.

This could be a good buy for someone who wants an older S2 Spider.
