This is an unmodified, very original 1972 Alfa Spider in solid driver condition. It was originally sold new in Santa Barbara and was owned by a well known former Alfa shop owner until recently.
There is no evidence of accidents or rust. The original Avorio AR-103 paint presents well and appears to have been resprayed once. Interior is original with the original rubber floor mats still fitted and in good condition. Some seat seams on the original upholstery are failing. The dashboard has cracks; new dashboards are available again or a dash cap would take care of it as well. The soft top is in very good condition as is the rear window.
All lights, switches, and controls function, and the car is a strong driver.
My plan was to reupholster the seats and replace the dash or add a dash cap, but most seem to want enjoy it as-is and revel in the 1970s patina. Now other projects have taken priority and I need to let this one go.
I also have a set of four brand new, unused replica Cromodora Daytona wheels available for the car, if interested.
