My friend Sean just bought a Super, his Berlina has to go. I've known the car 10+ years, inspected it when the guy before me bought it, then when he was done he sold to me, I drove for a year, then sold to Sean. Sean used daily, has been on three-four rallies, no problem.
Early 1972 US red 2000 Berlina, original engine, Spica, black interior. Overall good solid car, Sean has taken it on several rallies. Paint is getting old but shines up nicely for six months or so. One or two small rust spots, place in one rear door and small spot along windshield trim. Nose panel was replaced decade ago with a Euro panel, hence the front signals above the bumper. RR fender more recently repainted, before my time, don't know why. Black interior basically good, carpet getting past its best.
Runs well, Spica is good, decent compression, cams set. Glenn Oliveria did head gasket and valve job 10ish years ago. Burns typical amount of oil for its age. Panasport wheels and 6-year-old 185/70-14 tires. All new brakes, new clutch hydraulics, new battery, new fan, new fuel delivery pump, filter, hoses. For unknown reasons has had a non-LS 1750 rear axle for decades. Realistically, only difference is LH threads on the LR wheel.
Showing for Sean, at my house in Berkeley. $17,500 hoping for. Happy to discuss, show more pics, etc.
