I'm trying to track down an intermittent tail light and back up light failure on my 71' Spider Euro version. The manual I have (see photo) seems to provide virtually every wiring diagram for all Alfas 1962 - 1978, but does not call out the 1750 Spider specifically. The closest it seems to come covers the Duetto, 2000 Spider Veloce and the 1750 GTV. Are any of these similar enough to go by in my case? I've also been scouring the web with no luck for my particular model.

The two things that plague those cars are bad grounds and bad sockets. Try running a ground directly from the negative post of your battery to the ground on the tail light and see if that cures your issue.
