[St Croix 1750GT]

Hey all - I am firing up my '71 GTV with SPICA for the first time in years. All filters, etc are changed & good fuel pressure & spark. It fired right up for me, idled nicely, and then began to rev up up and up! It was about 22 Deg F at the time, with the SPICA on the "C" setting for cold. Is this a normal warm-up sequence when it is chilly out??? Thanks!
