Does anyone know if anyone is producing timing gears for a 1900?

specifically the phenolic gear (see attached image) engine has made a strange noise once at operating temperature and by alignment/spacing adjustments to this gear through the eccentric - helped/change/reduced the noise.

the teeth are worn in a peculiar manner. It is very difficult to the phenolic shows wear different than metal. But, upon careful scrutiny, it is evident that this phenolic gear is worn out (the teeth actually vary in width....they start "full/fat"...and end up "narrow/skinny"....and not is a random "pattern".

Any information is greatly appreciated.
