I already knew two different taillight forms from the 1900, the little round ones when the 1900 entered the market;

...and the ones with a kind of shell form which afaik were introduced with the Super series:

But I also got these pics from users of the Dutch SCARB forum:





I haven't been able to find pictures from this type of taillights in my small collection of Alfa books, nor did I find any on the net myself. Does anyone know what year this type of taillights was introduced and if it was for the whole 1900 Berlina range or just for a luxury version?

The 1900 Super at the Schlumpf Collection in Mulhouse has got the same taillight arrangement as the lowest pictures. Peter Marshall thinks this could be a "period modification" of a perhaps damaged car. The BIG taillights orginates from the Giulietta Berlina/Ti Mark III.
