In 2010, to celebrate Alfa Romeo's 100th Anniversary, Alfa Romeo will be the Proiettore Macchina at The Cortile!

I''m not sure if everyone knows about it or not so I thought I should post some information about The Cortile at the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix.

The Cortile is the Italian Car Show, at The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix held July 24-25, 2009. If you don't already know we are the only Vintage Race held on city streets in North America and includes some white knuckle off-camber turns brushing stone walls in s-bends downhill (if you think that's a mouthful to read you should see it in person

In 2008 we hosted "All Italian Cars" as the Marque of the Year and because of the overwhelming response we got to that we've created a rather unique car show area with the gracious support of The Pittsburgh Golf Club...

Andy! that's great! you can join our lil' members group at the Cortile website as well and get the inside scoop. We get an awful lot of input from everyone. The PVGP is all run by volunteers so when I read last night on our forum that Marianne, our Alfa Chairperson, has some ideas on an Alfa Birthday cake.... well, it's just great to watch everyone come up with great ideas that we can implement and make it a fun time for everyone

Just a heads up: The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is hosting "The Marques of Italy" this summer on July 17-18. Italian cars are the "Marque of the Year" for 2015. The Fiat Club America is joining the snowfield and making the the PVGP a big part of the Fiat FreakOut for 2015. You can get many many more details at the Cortile website
