I have been thinking about getting a set of 17" wheels for my Q... Not a lot of choices out there in 5x98, so I have been looking at 5x100 and using wobble bolts. However, alot if the wheels that have caught my eye have a range of offsets anywhere between 35 and 45...

does anyone know the stock offset for a 95 164Q and/or have advice for 164 17" wheel choices?

Thanks

My Q had the 147 alloys on it when I bought it, I wasn't sure at first but it's a look that is starting to grow on me (45 profile tyres)

When going upsize on the wheels you want to be very careful of the weight - heavier wheels can adversely affect performance. The 17" wheels to look at are the OZ Superleggera and Ultraleggera, but these are quite expensive. I recommend Team Dynamics (British manufactured) Pro-Race 1.2 or Pro-Race 2 wheels. These are cast aluminum and are quite lightweight, strong and relatively inexpensive. They can be bought with 5x98 bolt pattern and are, I believe, 35mm offset.
