Looking for a usable 1600 block for my 1967 GTV rebuild. I only need a usable block, it doesn't have to have a crank, cylinders, etc. Found out the one I have is cracked. I'm in NJ.

Thanks guys, I'm looking to see the block "type". It's the original engine from the 67 GTV if that helps.

TGM, I would be interested in discovering any weak points in these blocks. Could you share where the crack was discovered and how it happened ie freeze, normal use etc? Assuming it wasn't the common "broken rod tried to cut it in half" type failure.

Here is the number stamped on the engine. So I guess this is a 536 block? GTV and duetto were the same?
