14" Steel Wheels, Springs and sump guard

Just a note to clarify the wheels - one wheel is for a sombrero type cap (ie. from a 2000) the other is for an earlier dog dish hubcap (ie. from a 1750).
Also the sump guard looks aftermarket. The rear mounts to the rear edge of the front cross member.
