Hi BBers,
I'm hoping someone has tried to corner the market on the hard to find 1300 head washers.
(11.5mm ID / 22mm OD / 2.8mm thick) also hoping I might get lucky, and that there are some to spare.
I need at least six, will take more if available.
Thanks in advance, stay safe and healthy.
RJ

Buy the decimal HARDENED version new from McMaster Carr. They are just a tad big on the 1300 studs but are very parallel sided with no pits as used may have. Hand lap the bottom of your head acorn nuts to eliminate pits that can lead to coolant leaks.

I'm confused, you appear to have enough washers. Only one per head stud isn't it?

Some could be pitted/corroded.

Thanks, Gordon
I''m seeing M12 on McMaster-Carr, no M11.
Lots of SAE 7/16 head washer options, but all I can find is equivalent 3/4 OD (19mm) - need 22mm
(@ Pete - head is shaved, washers doubled to take up the extra thread)
Will keep looking, any non pitted used ones gratefully received !
Thanks,
RJ

Often if you phone them, they can check with their suppliers. Try for the closest decimal size, forget metric. Works just fine.

Thanks Gordon, thanks Joe, the Chrysler tip was the trick, did a search, sent me back to Summit and found
ARP 200-8727 seem to be perfect. Specs below for future reference.
The BB comes through as always, have a great weekend everyone.
Regards,
RJ
