Some of the clan went down to College Station's Texas World Speedway to watch some of the Alfa guys, and others, run in their last CVAR race of the season. An estimated 150 or so cars in 8 classes.

Evan was a DNS with a cracked exhaust header after Friday warm-ups, Howard lost some suspension bits on his race and limped in but held off a spirited attack even with no rear suspension, Joe developed low oil pressure and pulled out early, and Sherman ran 1+ races without a Spica bit (mixture adjustment) which fell off and he did just fine picking off slower cars on the front straight-away. A nice GTA-R from Arkansas looked great and did well. A cold but good day and the rain held off 'til the last race.

Huddled around the bonfire during a break in the action. And the nice GTA-R. Some movies will follow.
