You might want to read the current thread in the "Suspension, brakes, wheels" section of the BB titled "Burman Box Rebuild". A responder to that thread suggested Bertelsbeck in Germany as a source for 105 replacement cases - looking at their website, they also seem to rebuild these boxes.
