Great shape - excellent decks and liner spigot surfaces. NO CORROSION on machined surfaces or at base of block near head stud locations. Head studs and threads in excellent condition. Assume all should be line bored before a fresh rebuild. ComeS with original main bearing caps.
Keep those GTV's original for top $ or at least have the right block saved under the work bench...
