Does anyone know if it is common for the fuel pump to surge with the turn indicator? Is the turn indicator drawing too much Current?

Turn indicator on my new '79 Spider stays on all the time, even with the key off. I also notice that if I turn the wheel to the left the stalk moves down and turns on the left signal. I have a 1982 Spider all four turn signals aren't working. I replaced the fuse, flasher and sprayed contact cleaner in the back of the fuse box and in the turn signal switch in the steering column. Any thoughts? Thank you, Joe

I have no turn signals or hazards on my 91 spider. Checked all the fuses are good and bought a new relay still nothing any ideas?
