Passenger seat for an S2. Came out of a 74 Spider. Seat is complete with headrest, pan and rails with adjusting mechanism. Recline mechanism works well. Headrest does not go up and down easy. Bottom cushion lift up at the front of the pan but still attached at the rear so stays in place...
