Found this bad boy on my 2.5:
This is the electrical connector for the #3 injector.
The wire won't go back into the connector. Can that rubber boot be removed and the wire re-crimped in there, or does the whole thing need to be replaced?
Hello everyone. I've been working (slowly) on my 1981 GTV6 which I got a few months ago (you can read my first post about it here: http://www.alfabb.com/bb/forums/alfetta-gtv6-1972-1986/263561-fuel-air-intake-flames.html).
Since then I did the following:
- Had injectors and cold start injector...
My kids were driving this '91 164L car for many weeks, then it sat idle for a couple of months in the driveway. When I tried to get it ready for the fall commute, the #1 cylinder showed no power. Wouldn't drive well at all. Pull a plug wire from any other cylinder and there's a readily apparent...
Can anyone help me on this?
I have a 1983 Alfa Spider that has fire but no injector pulse. All ground wires are connected that I can find, all fuses good and fuel pump is operational.
Funny thing is that it will run off starting fluid but as soon as you quit spraying, it quits running.
