headlight trim

Hello. I recently found the retainer buckets for the headlights, but I need the chrome rims (Carello I think). Does anybody know where I could buy and ship them to Lima Peru? By the way, are those rims necessary to attach the headlight to the retainer bucket, I mean, do they have any function...
