Wow, this is a great web page -- I continue to be surprised about how much information there is about Alfa Romeo that we still need to discover.

Great article.
Many Alfisti do not realize that it was basically the bus & truck divisions that made Alfa at all viable after the war. Indeed it could be said that the 158/159 F1 World Championship years were run off the income of the heavy haulers, not to mention the capital for the new car models.
Largely unknown or forgotten buses & trucks gave us the chance to even own the classics cars we love today.
