Anyone recognize these wheels?

I yanked one off and the only thing I see on them is BWA et30 15x7 and made in Italy. They have an Alfa centercap but that's not saying much as that can be swapped out.

I've googled every combination of alfa and BWA wheel to see if I can find a name or something of these but come up with nothing. Anyone have any insight?

Are they actually 4x98 bolt pattern? Or is it possible they are 4x100 with wobble bolts? That would open up the possibilities.

I wasn't sure because I hadn't looked too hard at the lug nuts but I just checked again and they're definitely not wobbles. Could I run a 4x100 safely? I have a plethora of 4x100 wheels from older bmws. I can't decide if I like these or not.
