Pulsating brake question

Recently put all new calipers, hoses and pads on all for corners. calipers are pretty new as well, and new tires / wheels were installed with torque wrench to avoid over tightening and as a measure to avoid warping the rotors.
I can feel a pulsating and I think its from a bad booster. I need a pretty hard braking foot to slow down. And at a stop I can feel a pulsating in the pedal if I only have my foot lightly on. Releasing the pedal also evens out the idle. It runs a bit rougher with full brake pedal. I replaced the valve on the manifold and the hose a couple years ago.
So, should I replace the booster and MC at the same time?
Has anyone used the booster that Vicks sells for $150?
How difficult is the R&R? I'm not as flexible as I was when I bought the car 20 tears ago...
Thanks in advance for any insight.
Jim

Sounds like the booster is bad.

Hahaha.... I didn't see that.
At any rate, I bought a new MC and booster. (add a couple more tears...)
Now to find the time to change them.

Well, I found the time to change the booster and MC. What a PIA! I was worried about the booster as I read some negative posts about the Vicks unit. I tried to remove the whole unit pedals and all. I couldn't get the pedals out and after a while gave up on that and separated the pedals and the booster. Assembly was the pain. trying to get the spring and the spring retainer and around the piston had some challenges, but the worst part of all was trying to get all the hardlines back on. The end result - after getting everything bled, I'm very happy with how everything turned out. Nice brakes, no pulling, easy to slow or stop.

Thanks for the update. Glad you like it.

I've swapped out a few and removed a few without removing the pedals.

Gotta turn it 90* so the pedals clear the column.
