Also, I am looking for the correct center caps and lug nuts. The lug nuts are the shank style, 12mm x 1.5. The shank is 3/4" (19mm) diameter x 3/4" long. The only ones I can find are either too small in diameter or they are 14 mm threads.

I have no clue what the wheel centers look like.

This information can help you.. it is not the original but looks ok..

Garage
found an old pic of my GTV. I can't 'member the wheels maker or name but got them here in Italy before putting the car on the boat for home. The brown one is mine. Fallfest 1998 Dayton.

These rims are CMR

Not Cromodora. CMR. Not many around for sale, they were built after 1970.
They also made aftermarket rims for many Fiat models.

It was just an example. Unfortunately one rim only.

Thanks for translating....very nice looking wheel!

....and on the subject of wheels, I have become somewhat obssessed, now collecting many styles (that I am fond of). Not even sure how many different ones I have as I don't have them all in one location. As soon as I get everything in one place, I will share with photos the wide array of rare and cool 4x108 wheel sets.

15 x 7 Panasports with 205/50/15 Kumho Ecsta XS's

After a bunch of research I picked the Kumho's XS's because of their dry grip and the price vs others that had better wet traction but were quite a bit more. Don't really care about wet traction since the car never goes out in the rain.

Nice car. Nice rims. Careful on the tires...
I had a set of Kuhmo Solus that had tread separation occurring.
TireRack ended up buying them back.
Beware of "Made in China" tires...
I thought I was safe buying Korean tires, but they were actually manufactured in China.
"Tutto cose fabrica en Chine!"

If yours are made in Korea, you're probably fine. Just check the microscopic print on the tires.

You've got a totally different set of tires than I had.
You're probably fine.
